Flavored Water

These are some of my favorite infused flavored water, not only are they delicious, natural and refreshing, but they are full of vitamins and minerals. I will be adding more, but for now here are your first 2, enjoy.
**When ever making any type of flavored infused water always make sure to use a glass pitcher.

Cinnamon Apple Crisp
  • 2 Quarts Filtered Water
  • 1 Red Apple ( red delicious)
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

This flavored infused water kills sweet cravings. The vitamin infused water uses cinnamon to speed up your metabolism and the apple sweetness creates just enough flavor to give you a refreshing taste.

Cucumber Freshness
  • 2 Quarts Filtered Water
  • 4 Fresh Mints
  • 1/2 Cucumber
The fresh flavor of a cucumber can help your thirst quickly. The mint gives you a fresh crisp drink to keep you hydrated.
Mint has been known to relieve sinus issues, gastric problems and help with reducing the swelling of the joints and muscles.

A few years back I found this flavor infused water recipe, not only was the flavor refreshing, and it also helps with bloating.
